At the beginning level of Onset Training, Wendy will be focusing most of her attention on student’s performance abilities and giving them the confidence and skills they need to move onto the next level using the basics of camera blocking and set terminology. After the 8 week class, there will be a student evaluation where from there they will be placed in either the intermediate or advanced level class. See Class Outline

Intermediate
| Call for start dates 1:30P.M. - 3:30P.M | | Onset Training: How to Block for Camera, Set Terminology
This class will focus on the following at the intermediate level: acting techniques (personal monologues and intense character development), how to work on camera blocking with stand ins, the five days of production on a T.V show, how to work with crewmembers, line changes on the floor/memorization, how to perform an entire episode for a live audience, and improvisation techniques. Once you hit the intermediate or advanced level, you will have the chance to use all of the techniques that you have learned in a final production for managers, agents, friends and parents. Advanced

| Beginning
| Every Saturday 1:30 P.M- 3:30 P.M | | | Acting/Scene Study The class will involve discussions on “acting technique,” “making good habits,” “telling the truth under imaginary circumstances,” “How does my character fit into the story?” etc. Students will be required to memorize at least one monologue and be prepared to work on it in class at any moment. Scenes will be assigned and worked on in class. When assigned a scene, students will memories the scene out of class and then do at least 2 “work sessions” with their scene partner in class. Once the scene is ready, it’s presented in class as a “final work” then a new scene is assigned and the possess starts again, if time permits. The last class of the three month cycle will be a showcase where students will present their best works (either a monologue or a scene) to friends, family and industry. | Scene Study and Acting Technique
